Reiki Master, Megumi Abiko
Megumi Abiko - Reiki Master, 8th in succession in the Seiji Takamori lineage of Reiki Jin Kei Do

With each day I realize how powerful Reiki has become in my life!  Through my practices I have seen first hand how Reiki can calm a baby, help animals to be more manageable, and to clear my mind from clutter!  I am a Reiki Jin Kei Do Master, and Reiki has changed my life!

Through a series of attunements, I have been given the ability to channel universal energies to help people regain energy and assist in enhancing personal healing capabilities!  I've seen first hand how Reiki can benefit all aspects of life:  Mental (behavior modification, stress management, emotional release, depression), Physical (backaches, allergies, and other diseases), and even spiritual!

Dr. Kaufman Asks some important questions of interest to Skillman residents - Chiropractor Skillman Dr. Kaufman Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Skillman chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
